The Southern California Asian & Pacific Islander Festival’s mission is to increase education about Asian, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (ANHPI) culture. Naruwan will be returning to perform on the Ocean Stage at the SoCal API Fest in Oceanside on Saturday, April 26 @ 1pm.
